We are pleased to inform you that the results of the 9th Cablenet 5k Run the Park 2018 have been uploaded in the Results tab under this website.

Dro.Me.A. Racing Runners’ club is organising its 9th annual 5K 'CABLENET Run the Park' race at Athalassa National Park in Nicosia on September the 8th, 2018. The event is co-organized by Aglantzia Municipality and supported by the association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Disease .

Major race sponsor is CableNet.

The event includes a 5km race, 800 m kids race and a charity 5km Corporate race in memory of Cablenet's Director Mr. Andreas Mavrides. 

The 5km race is open to runners over the age of 16. Registrations open on the 5th July and close on the 2nd of September and  can be done only online at the following link www.dromearacing.com (Parent consent is required for those under the age of 18). The race will start at 8:30 am (Latsia entrance, 200 m from the park entrance, near the round-about of the Nicosia General Hospital). Participants have 2 options for registration: Basic package, where for a fee of  10 Euro they will receive the race custom-made medal at the finish line; or the Upgraded package, where for a fee of 20 Euro they will receive (in addition to the medal) the Dro.Me.A. Racing official Legea brand wind-proof jacket. 

There will also be an 800-m race for children up to 13 years old, with free registration. Registrations will be held on the day of the event between 7:00 – 8:00 am and the race will kick off at 9:20 am (parents’ signed consent is required).

All proceeds from the Corporate race will be donated to the association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Disease .

The event not only aims at promoting social sport in the local society but it also sends out a loud message for the protection of Cyprus parks, which offer gorgeous natural surroundings, ideal for outdoor sporting activities.

Main Sponsor of Dro.Me.A Racing 2018 is Cablenet. The event is supported by the CSO, KYKKOS and Webarts and it is placed under the auspices of KOEAS.

Online registrations can be done at dromearacing.com. Bibs will be collected on the day of the race between 7:00 – 8:00 am.

Amazonia 5km Charity Run 2018

Μοναδικές στιγμές αναμένεται να ζήσουν οι δρομείς στην αθλητική εκδήλωση που διοργανώνει το σωματείο δρομέων Δρό.Με.Α. Racing με εκκίνηση και τερματισμό την πλατεία Τροόδους στις 10/6/2018. Η εκδήλωση θα περιλαμβάνει τον 2ο Ορεινό Μαραθώνιο ‘Garmin Cyprus Troodos Marathon - 2018’, τον 9ο Quantum Energy Troodos Green Race 2018 - 15 km’, τον ‘Amazonia 5km Charity Run’ και KPMG Παιδικό αγώνα 600μ.
Οι διαδρομές των αγωνισμάτων διασχίζουν τα φυσικά μονοπάτια της φύσης περιμετρικά από το Τρόοδος με μοναδική και πανοραμική θέα. Τόσο στον μαραθώνιο, όσο και στα 15 χλμ, οι δρομείς θα πατήσουν στο ψηλότερο σημείο της Κύπρου τρέχοντας πάνω από τα σύννεφα! 
Στόχος του αγώνα είναι η ευαισθητοποίηση του κοινού μέσω του αθλητισμού για μία πιο οικολογική συνείδηση αναφορικά με την προστασία των δασών της Κύπρου αλλά και η φιλανθρωπική προσφορά. Όλα τα έσοδα από τον αγώνα των 5χλμ θα διατεθούν σε φιλανθρωπικό οργανισμό. 
Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στους ορειβατικούς αγώνες δρόμου (μαραθώνιος και 15 χλμ), οι οποίοι έχουν αυξημένο βαθμό δυσκολίας λόγω της ιδιομορφίας του εδάφους αλλά και του μεγάλου υψομέτρου, έχουν άτομα από 18 ετών και άνω.
Οι εγγραφές των αγωνισμάτων θα ανοίξουν 16 Απριλίου 2018 και θα γίνονται μόνο διαδικτυακά για τον μαραθώνιο, τα 15 και τα 5 χλμ, μέσω της ιστοσελίδας της Δρό.Με.Α Racing: www.dromearacing.com. Για τον παιδικό αγώνα οι εγγραφές θα γίνονται επί τόπου τη μέρα του αγώνα.
Μέγας Χορηγός του μαραθωνίου είναι η Garmin Cyprus, του αγώνα των 15 χλμ η QUANTUM ENERGY και των 5χλμ Charity Run η AMAZONIA. Τον παιδικό αγώνα χορηγεί η KPMG, μέγας χορηγός της ακαδημίας Δρό.Με.Α Racing.

9th QUANTUM ENERGY Troodos Green Race 2018 - 15 km
AMAZONIA 5km Charity Run 2018

Unique and thrilling experiences will be offered to the participants of the running events that will be organized by Dro.Me.A Racing in Troodos on 10/6/2018. The races will include the 2nd ‘Garmin Cyprus Troodos Mountain Marathon - 2018’, the ‘9th QUANTUM ENERGY Troodos Green Race 2018 - 15 km’, the 'AMAZONIA 5km Charity Run’ and the KPMG children’s 600 m. The events will start and finish in Troodos square.
The runners will compete through the Troodos natural trails and those participating in the marathon and 15-km race will ‘step foot’ on Cyprus’ highest point which offers a breathtaking view! 
The event aims to promote an ecological conscience towards the protection of Cyprus’ forests as well as promote charity. In addition it aims at creating opportunities for social sport in the natural environment. All proceeds from the 5km will be donated to a local charity. 
Runners from 18 years old and above may take part in the marathon and 15-km race, events that have an increased degree of difficulty due to the rocky terrain as well as the high altitude.
The registrations for the marathon, 15km and 5km will open on Monday, 16th April, 2018 and will only be online through www.dromearacing.com. For the children’s race there will be on the spot registrations on the day of the event.
Major Sponsor of the marathon is Garmin Cyprus, for the 15km the QUANTUM ENERGY and AMAZONIA for the 5Km Pine Tree Charity Run. The kid's race is sponsored by KPMG, main sponsor of Dro.Me.A. Racing Academy.
