Dro.Me.A. Racing runners&#8217; club introduces the 7th cycle of sessions for people who would like to begin running on Saturday, 8\/4\/2018 at 8:00 am, at Athalassa Park and for those interested to participate in Limassol, the sessions will begin on Wednesday, 4\/4\/2018, 6 pm at Lanitio stadium.&nbsp; The sessions will last about 50 min and will include a combination of walking and running with the aim of leading to a gradual introduction to running. The program has a 3-month duration (April &#8211; June). The training sessions are free of charge with the only precondition that those who will choose to follow the plan, would need to register as members of Dro.Me.A Racing (20 Euros yearly fee).<\/p>\n<p>*It is noted that those who will take part in the sessions should not have any medical contra-indications for exercise (if unsure you should consult your physician) and will fill out a
