Useful instructions on the day race: Registrations for cycling will happen between 7.45 and 8.45.
Collection of race numbers for running will happen between 8.30 and 9.30.
Due to the very high number of athletes taking part this year please make sure you come in time to get your bibs and make your way to the start line. CYCLING RACES START AT 9 a.m. AND RUNNING RACES START FROM 10 a.m.
